If every problem has a solution, then smelly problems can be solved. From bathing regularly to using baking soda, read on for the solutions to your smelliest problems.

People say every problem has a solution. What if your problem is embarrassing like body odor? I say there are various solutions. In fact, there are precautions, too. Here are some noteworthy reminders to treat and prevent different body odors.

TAKE A BATH REGULARLY.

Of course, it all starts with being clean. What a better way to wash away the sweat and bacteria than to take a bath? When you sweat and let the day pass without cleaning your body, you will only allow the bacteria to come to your skin. which will also lead to the foul smell. Experts advise the use of antibacterial soap to help reduce the bacteria count.

Wearing dirty clothes will defeat the purpose of taking a bath. Please, change your clothes every day and when necessary. Don’t ever think that wearing dirty underwear and socks since these little garments are worn inside and are hidden. Save yourself from the foul smell, and developing other problems like skin disease and athlete’s foot, among others.

BAKING SODA ISN’T JUST FOR BAKING.

Baking soda can actually work as an odor neutralizer. A small amount of it can be applied to the underarm to help reduce perspiration. Just apply a little amount of it in your underarm. You can also mix it with cornstarch for better sweet absorption.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT DEODORANT.

If you don’t experience excessive sweating, do not use antiperspirants.    Antiperspirants are specially-made for those who have problems with excessive sweating. However, regular use of antiperspirant can actually clog the sweat glands so be wary of cleaning off your deodorant at the end of the day. Some recommend adding alcohol to the water before using it for your underarms. This will help lessen the body odor.

ORAL CARE IS MUST.Oral-Health

To save yourself from a gum problems, tooth decay, and bad breaths, among others. take note that oral care is a a must. Don’t underestimate the power of brushing. Make sure to be brush your teeth every day and after every meal. Gargle with mouthwash for better protection. It also helps to visit a dentist at least twice a year. Proper oral care will prevent halitosis and other problems of mouth.

Also, if you smoke , stop it. Smoking will not just give you a bad breath, but will also give you a various disease. You’ll be at risk of cancer if you don’t cut it out from your life.

WATCH YOUR DIET.

Did you know that the foods you eat affects your body odor? Point in case is eating spicy food and garlic and onion heavy foods. There’s the big tendency that their smell will go with your sweat and thus giving you bad smell.

PREVENTING/TREATING ATHLETE’S FOOT.

First, towel dry you feet before wearing your shoes. Cotton socks and breathable shoes can help prevent athlete’s foot. When athlete’s foot is already there, don’t panic. Over-the-counter medications (anti-fungal treatment) are available.
